3. FOOTWORK - Two Cone Acceleration Stick Offense

  • Line up in the receiver stance
  • Explode out
  • Run for five yards
  • After five yards, stick your left foot and turn to the right
  • Attack the defensive back
  • Catch the football over your shoulder
  • Repeat the right stick drill until you have mastered the technique
  • When you have mastered the technique, do this same drill on the left side
  • IT IS IMPORTANT TO DO EVERY DRILL ON BOTH SIDES. Be fair to your body
